Nipper-Readiness Training
Our beautiful seaside ‘village’ has many activities for children. None are as fun, healthy and inspiring than joining the nippers program.
However, our ocean can be cold with strong currents. The need for strong, disciplined swimmers is compulsory for the safety of all.
The swimming test can bring some tears and some frustration for parents and kids alike.
Therefore, we have a program specially designed to teach our students the necessary skills to pass the stringent test. As well as building strength, fitness and a healthy dose of water awareness and safety skills.
Open- water swimming: NEW – Adults only
Open water swimming has become increasingly popular. And many of us have found the simple joy of being in the ocean. Pair that with swimming and we have an amazing exercise experience.
Many adults are not that confident in the ocean and their fears stop them from enjoying this great gift of ocean swimming.
We therefore offer an initial one-on-one lesson in our indoor, heated pool. This is to correct and enhance strokes. Next we have an option to move onto the larger 25m pool or go straight into the ocean.
We will teach you how to look out for rip tides and other dangers before swimming with you and building your confidence. A swimming tow float will be required.
Pool Parties
Our indoor pool is a great venue for pool parties for your little ones.
Limited to 10 kids per party
OPTION 1:
Catering, entertainment and décor is for your own expense.
We will provide a qualified Pool Safety Officer.
R1200 for 2 hours
OPTION 2:
We will do it all for you!
We will arrange a ‘games master’, and provide the entertainment and equipment.
We will arrange a suitable caterer and décor with our local suppliers.
A qualified Pool Safety Officer will be on duty at all times
R2000 per hour + costs of the catering and decor.

Mermaiding is increasing in popularity for Adults as much as kids. The trend overseas has exploded and has become a competitive ‘sport’ in many countries.
